Refund & Exchange Policy

 

Refund Policy:

 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Please ensure that the things you're returning have no visible signs of wear and have the original tags attached.

Once we receive your return, we will assess to authorise the refund. then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or your other method of payment within a set number of days. Please allow us up to 10 days to process your refund.

 

To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:

1.     File a refund request by completing the Online Inquiry Form.

2.     We will email you a shipping label.

3.     Please place the products back into their original parcel.

4.     Then place the products in shipment packaging and label them.

5.     Deliver your package to Australian Post Office.

Please note: there is not shipping charge for your return.

Exchange Policy:

 

If you are wanting to request an exchange, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

Please ensure that the things you're exchanging have no visible signs of wear and have the original tags attached.

Once we receive your return, we will assess to authorise the exchange.
